Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, firms have shifted significant proportions of their workforces to “hybrid” roles, with workers splitting their time between their offices and homes. This economy-wide “reset” of work location and practices offers a rare opportunity to break through chronic habits of personal and organizational behavior that negatively impact privacy and security.

In this talk, a panel of experts will share their views on security and privacy in the hybrid work environment and ideas for how firms and policymakers might converge to deliver productivity, equity, and innovation in the next decade and help hybrid work live up to its promise.
