Shai Dhaliwal is a seasoned Cyber Security Manager at Accenture, a global leader in consulting, technology services, and digital transformation. With a career spanning the last decade, Shai has built a reputation for excellence in cybersecurity delivery and implementation across domains such as Identity & Access Management, Mainframe Modernization Security, and Cloud Security. After multiple internships with the United States Federal Government, Shai’s passion for cybersecurity was ignited early in her career. With mentorship from experienced colleagues, she quickly rose through the ranks, acquiring extensive experience in cybersecurity across various industries, including financial services, healthcare, and technology.
Joining Accenture, Shai has led diverse teams in delivering innovative cybersecurity solutions to clients across North America. Shai has led numerous successful cybersecurity transformation programs, helping organizations enhance their security posture and adapt to the evolving threat landscape. Outside of her professional endeavors, Shai is committed to advancing the cybersecurity community. She actively participates in industry events, is an active member of Women in Cyber Security (WiCys), contributes to thought leadership initiatives with the UC Berkeley Center for Long Term Cyber Security (CLTC), and mentors aspiring cybersecurity professionals, empowering them to thrive in the field. Shai holds a Master of Science from the UC Berkeley School of Information and a Bachelors from UC Davis.
