Nick Perematko is a cybersecurity researcher and UC Berkeley Analytics graduate with a passion for making security accessible to the organizations that need it most. A two-time podium finisher in Western Region collegiate competitions and a top-10 National Cyber League competitor, they’ve earned recognition all the way up to the California Secretary of State for their work in the field. On the technical side, they’ve architected and maintained a full cybersecurity lab running on-prem virtualization and software-defined networking, developed attack/defend competition environments, and built scalable infrastructure serving hundreds of users across security and software projects. As a contributor to The Consortium of Cybersecurity Clinics — a project spanning 25+ cybersecurity clinics worldwide — and a hands-on consultant to the UC Berkeley Cybersecurity Clinic, they bring both the technical depth and the collaborative instincts to make a real difference in this space.
