The Work (Role Responsibility)
Although no two days at Accenture are the same, your duties as IT Security & Controls Consultant likely will include:
- Bring risk and controls testing expertise for IT controls
- Prepare control testing scripts, plans, agendas to help the client through the test execution process
- Document testing working papers with evidence and discussions through observation/inquiry with various client stakeholders
- Assemble IT control testing working papers, respond to client audit requests
- Drive planning and strategy for compliance function/tower as whole
- Drive key meetings with client stakeholders
- Provide test execution status and complete executive reporting
- Provide detailed analysis of test execution status by phase
- Undertake risk assessment activities, risk/issue intake, and policy management/exception processing
- Have strong written and spoken communication skills
